Welcoming of The Chinese Tiger New Year.

The coming Chinese Lunar New Year is The Tiger Year. This is the proper order following to the 12 Chinese Animals Zodiac Culture.

This traditional culture was created more than three thousands years ago. Follow the folk story of our respected and wisdom Chinese Ancestor, there was once a time, The very Highness Emperor of Heaven call Yu Huang Da Di (玉皇大帝）called a meeting for all the animals in a special occasion, the rat and many other animals were rushing for the meeting happily itself.

In the story, The Highness Emperor had declared that the animal who arrived the meeting place earliest will be elected as the first position among the 12 animals order.

In the very beginning, the smart but deceitful rat was rode on the spine of the honest cow all the way. In the last moment, the rat suddenly jumped over the cow and be the first animal arrived the meeting place. That was the reason why the small rat could be placed on the first position order among the others. In fact, this was a folk story but it had become a favorite story among the Chinese peoples many centuries till today.

The proper order of these12 animals zodiac was : Rat, Cow, Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Snake, Horse, Goat, Monkey, Chicken, Dog and Pig. These animals would take turns on every 12 years. For example 2009 was the year of Cow, this 2010 will be the year of Tiger and the following will be the year of Rabbit.

From this humorous story, we had received many meaningful studies because there were many differences, characters and symbols among these 12 animals zodiac culture.

This 12 Chinese Animals Zodiac Culture had been run for thousands years and become a common cultural heritage over the world now a day. Not only the Chinese peoples and societies talking about the 12 animals culture but many other western and eastern countries put more interest towards it. The printing of the animal zodiac stamps following to the order year had been widely accepted in many countries like USA and England etc.

The folk story of these 12 animals also well supported by the peoples over the world. This is why we said that now a day we are living in a globalization villages. The traditional culture from one country or nation had become the common heritage of the world.

By this way, it is our vision that not long from now, the Chinese Lunar New Year will be celebrated by the peoples over the world. I am believing in it firmly and optimistically.

Are You Old Kluang ?

－－Celebration on 100 Anniversaries of Kluang Township

This year, 2010, Kluang is going to celebrate its 100 anniversary township. This means the Kluang town was began and built from 1910.

I'm not local in Kluang, but in Paloh new village indeed, which is 60 km far away from Kluang. My family was departed from Paloh in the early years on 1963. The reason we moved to Kluang because of my late father's works. This made me and my beloved siblings became a local Kluang just began from 1963. Since then, we had lived, studied and working here nearly 47 years.

This morning, took breakfast with former colleague, Mr Lee at Restaurant Lao Ba Sa （老巴杀）that means "Old Market" in town area. That is a favorite and well known food court within Kluang town. Not only in the morning, there will be crowd and busy in business till 6.00pm everyday.

When we reached there, we found no seats for us actually. Fortunately, one of my social friend, Mr Ng was there together with his brother from Segamat. They almost finished their breakfast and invited us sat down together with them.

I had ordered a Meehoon Sup（清汤米粉） and a plate of Zhu Chang Fen（猪场粉） for Mr Lee together with two cups of milk tea. While I was discussed closely on one topic to both brother Ng, Mr Lee was surprised on his discovery of some special symbols inside the food court.

He found a very special Chinese Design of Lao Ba Sa and a group of model by a piece of glass accompany with an egg and a roasted bun. Without any waiting, he stood up immediately and recorded those images with his mobile phone camera. It was meant that my friend, Mr Lee had successfully recorded the very historical memories of Kluang town.

As a town in celebration on its 100 anniversaries, it was definitely clear that many other historical stories and places awaiting the public to discover and visit.

I have noted with a very interested discovery to the word "ATTITUDE" itself.

It is our ATTITUDE towards our Life and Work that makes our Life 100% successful.

In our real lives, it was not serious that what problems appeared, the importance factor was that what kind of attitude we choose towards the problems. If we thought it was a "Problem" than it became a "Problem", if we trusted it as a 'Challenge', than it became a 'Challenge' .

Instead of 'Negative thinking', we rather seek for the 'Positive thinking'.　
As a Chinese Wisdom saying:

We cannot change the past, but we can change our future.
We cannot change the others, but we can change ourselves.
We cannot change the environment, but we can change our attitude.
We cannot fortunate in everything, but we can put 100% effort towards our works.

Positive attitude makes thing easy, negative attitude makes thing more difficult.
Positive attitude brings beautiful filling, negative attitude brings sadly filling. 　

Therefore, let's living, working, studying and thinking with positive attitude, through this , we should enjoy a positive and prosperous lives.

Another successful speaking in Ipoh!



Just came back from Ipoh, Perak.
The program was 3rd National Mandarin Life Insurance & Financial Planning Summit ( 第三届全国华语寿险与理财峰会－The 3rd manLIFPS) which had held in Ipoh on 07.Jan to 08. Jan recently.

I'm one of the invited speaker out of eight experiences speakers all from foreign countries and local. I'm proud and feel happy in presenting my speech together with them which also benefited me a lot.

I was the 1st platform speaker before the Summit opening ceremony.
It's really a very high recognition to me.
My topic of the 1st speech was "Break through from the silo mentality, create a rainbow team"
（突破孤岛思维，创建彩虹团队）
The above topic and sharing created a very positive responses among the audiences. Many named me "Mr Rainbow" during comfortable tea time.

My second speech "The successful puzzler in our career" was placed on 8.00am in the following day.
Since our very distinguish speaker from Taiwan Miss Lee Jia Rong （李佳蓉讲师）had been sharing her experiences on "How to conduct an effective morning meeting" on the previous day, I had designed and presenting my speech just like a "morning meeting" .

The audiences were excited when I put out the suggestion on "The 1st morning meeting within 2010".
We had sang a welcoming song（欢迎歌）, created a happy magnetic field （快乐磁场）and also a big laughing applause （爱的鼓励娃哈哈）.

This was another remarkable record for me in my training life as there were more than 600 participants in this two days program.

Well Done and hope it will be a very successful cum meaningful beginning for 2010.
